Three ways to partner

Pick the model
that fits how you work.

Most partner programs are a logo swap and a referral link. Ours is structured around the three actual ways agencies and consultants ask to work with us — with real revenue share, real white-label delivery, and real co-marketing on each.

01 — REFERRAL PARTNER

Send the client. Earn the share.

Send us a warm intro for work outside your lane — a website rebuild, a paid media program, a marketing automation buildout. We close, deliver, and pay you 20% of every dollar that engagement bills, for the entire client lifetime.

  • 20% revenue share on every billable dollar — no cap, no clawback
  • Lifetime tracking — you earn for as long as they're a client
  • Quarterly payouts via Stripe, ACH, or wire
  • Client stays yours for any work in your lane
  • Live partner dashboard showing earnings + pipeline

02 — WHITE-LABEL DELIVERY

You won the work. We deliver under your brand.

For agencies who land bigger engagements than their delivery team can support. We work as your senior bench — fully white-labelled — on web builds, SEO programs, paid media, or full retainer engagements. Your client never sees us. Most popular tier.

  • Full white-label delivery — we work under your brand, period
  • Wholesale rates — typically 35–45% off published pricing
  • Slack + project management in your workspace
  • Client-facing decks branded as yours
  • Senior strategist on every account — same as direct clients

03 — CO-MARKETING PARTNER

Build pipeline together.

For complementary services — design studios, dev shops, fractional CMOs, and SaaS tools. Co-author a guide, co-host a webinar, swap warm intros from a shared ICP. We share leads and run integrated content programs.

  • Lead-share program with explicit reciprocity rules
  • Co-authored research & guides
  • Joint webinars + email sends to combined audiences
  • Quarterly partner roundtables (in NYC + virtual)
  • Featured placement on our partner directory

How the program works

From application to first
payout, in four steps.

We don't accept every applicant. The program works because the partners in it are sharp operators we'd be happy to introduce to our own clients. Here's exactly what happens after you apply.

01 — APPLY

Submit a short application

Five questions about your firm, the work you do, and the partner type that fits. Takes about four minutes. We review every application personally — no automated rejections.

Day 0 · 4 min
02 — INTRO CALL

30-minute fit call

If we're aligned, you'll talk to our partner lead — not a sales rep. We confirm partner type, ICP overlap, and walk through the dashboard, contracts, and payout terms.

Day 1–3 · 30 min
03 — ACTIVATE

Sign + onboard in 48 hours

Light contract (mutual NDA, partner agreement, IRS W-9). You get dashboard access, your unique referral link, the partner playbook, and a Slack channel with our team.

Day 3–5 · 48 hrs
04 — EARN

Send referrals · earn share

Refer a client, white-label a project, or co-market — your dashboard tracks pipeline, MRR, and earned share in real time. First payout in the next quarterly cycle.

Day 5+ · ongoing

Who this is for

We don't accept
every applicant.

The program works because our partners are operators we'd happily put in front of our own clients. We'd rather have 50 strong partners than 500 mediocre ones. Here's the honest cut.

Built for

  • Boutique design & branding studios who keep getting asked for marketing work after delivering a brand identity
  • Dev shops & product teams who ship beautiful sites and want a marketing partner to drive traffic to them
  • Fractional CMOs & consultants who set strategy and need a delivery partner to execute
  • Specialist agencies who don't offer one of: web, SEO, paid, or automation — and don't want to build that practice in-house
  • SaaS founders & advisors with networks of growth-stage clients who need our services

Not a fit if

  • Generic affiliate marketers looking to drop a referral link in newsletters — we need warm intros, not cold leads
  • Direct competitors running the same five services we do — we'll co-market, but won't refer to or accept referrals from you
  • Lead-gen brokers & pay-per-lead networks — we don't pay for leads, we pay for clients who close
  • Sub-$50K/year SMB referrals — those clients are better served by our SMB Packages page directly, not partners
  • Anyone unwilling to sign a partner agreement — the program runs on signed contracts, not handshakes
Common questions

Things partners
ask before applying.

If something here doesn't answer your question, our partner team replies to inquiries within one business day — typically faster.

How is the 20% revenue share actually tracked?
Every referred or white-labelled client is tagged in our billing system at the time the contract is signed, with you as the attributed partner. Your dashboard pulls live from billing — every invoice we issue against that client adds 20% to your accrued share. Quarterly close runs the first week of January, April, July, and October.
What happens if my referred client expands their engagement?
You earn 20% on the expansion too — for the entire lifetime of the engagement. If a client starts at $5K/mo for SEO and adds a $9K/mo paid media retainer 18 months in, your monthly share goes from $1K to $2.8K. No clawback, no renegotiation.
Can I refer clients I currently work with?
Yes — that's actually the most common pattern. If you've delivered a brand identity for a SaaS startup and they need PPC and SEO that you don't offer, refer them in. You keep the design relationship; we deliver the marketing work; they get one less vendor to manage; you earn share on the marketing engagement.
What's the difference between referral and white-label, financially?
Referral pays 20% of what we bill the client (you don't see the work; we deliver direct). White-label pays you margin — typically 35–45% — because you're the one billing the client at retail and paying us at wholesale. White-label is more lucrative if you can manage the client; referral is simpler if you just want to send work and walk away.
Do I have to send a minimum number of referrals?
No. We don't run quotas, annual minimums, or "active" requirements. Some partners send one referral every two years and earn quietly in the background. Others send 8–12 a year. Both work.
Can I represent myself as a Redefine Web partner publicly?
Yes — once accepted, you get partner badges, a featured listing on our partner directory, and the right to use the "Redefine Web Certified Partner" mark. We provide the brand assets and a usage guide. Co-marketing partners get additional joint-content rights.
How are partners selected?
We're looking for: (1) operational quality — you ship sharp work; (2) ICP overlap — your clients are the kind of clients we serve well; (3) integrity — partners we'd be happy to put in front of our own customers. We accept roughly 35% of applicants.
What does the partner agreement actually cover?
Mutual confidentiality, attribution rules, payout schedule, a standard non-circumvention clause (we won't go around you to your client; you won't go around us to ours), and termination terms. It's a 4-page document, not a 40-page enterprise master agreement. You can have your attorney review it before signing.
