It means our internal practices align with HIPAA-aware support: signed BAAs available with our team and our hosting partners, audit trails on every change to your site, encrypted patient-data handling protocols, and access controls on any system that touches protected health information. We are not a HIPAA compliance partner in the legal sense — that requires legal and operational compliance work that goes beyond our scope. But our work does not put your organization in a worse position.
